You reap the benefits when you reserve your hotel accommodations through ASM. Your reservations help secure future meeting sites and keeps costs down for attendees and exhibitors. So please be certain to use ASM’s housing provider when booking your hotel reservations.


Hotel Reservation Deadlines

All housing reservation must be made through Experient on or before August 21, 2013 (5:00 p.m. EST). 


Reserving Your Hotel

To reserve a room, complete the housing section online, or on the registration form. Please be sure to list your roommates, if any, and indicate if cost, location, or a particular hotel chain is most important. Credit card information must be included with your housing request.

Cancellation & Changes Policy

You may contact Experient until August 21, 2013 (5:00 p.m. EST) for any changes or cancellations for your housing. Beginning August 26  you should contact the hotel directly for changes or cancellations.  Failure to cancel your hotel reservation with the hotel 72 hours  prior to your arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the
first night’s room rate. 


Government Rate Availability

Most of the hotels in the ASM block honor the US Government
Per Diem Rates established for travel to Denver. If you are a government employee or contractor, and have the appropriate documentation required at check-in, you may check the “government rate” box on the registration form. Please note that the number of  rooms available varies by hotel, and is limited. Once these rooms are all reserved, only the ICAAC 2013 rate will be available.
