Certificate of Attendance
Group Coordinators who provide complete contact and demographic information for their group may pickup Certificates of Attendance during their appointment at the Group Registration Counters. Otherwise, each attendee must visit registration and complete an information form to receive the Certificates of Attendance.
Affiliated groups (i.e., tour operators, travel agents, etc.) or exhibitors desiring space for meetings, meals, social events, etc. must submit an Affiliated Event Form in order to obtain approval and assignment of function space. This form lists all procedures and guidelines for holding affiliated events. Space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
