Group Dates and Deadlines


Registration 

March 28, 2013 Group Registration Opens
August 21, 2013 Names due for all Registration/Housing
 July 8, 2013 Deadline to cancel with refund minus $50 processing fee.  No refunds processed after this date.
August 21, 2013 Deadline to provide complete registration information for all registrants.
August 21, 2013 Deadline to make name-badge changes without $100 fee.
August 21, 2013 Registration deadline
August 21, 2013 Cancellation: A refund of the difference between member and nonmember rates will be issued after this date.
September 8, 2013 Group Coordinators can begin pickup of registration materials.
(Name Badges, Registration Bags, Final Program Books, Abstracts CD's, Meeting and Exhibit Guides, etc.)

 

Housing 

July 25, 2013 Housing cancellations after this date will result in a $500 cancellation fee.
August 21, 2013 Names due for all Registration/Housing.
With Registration Form Deadline for $10 USD/room night subsidy (for rooms booked directly with hotel).
August 21, 2013 Housing deadline; last day to make hotel changes through Experient, based on availability.
